Sal's Caterers was established in 1993 following Sally's attendance at Winkfield Cordon Bleu College near to Windsor. With many years working for large organisations in London catering for directors lunches and corporate events. Following this Sally returned to Staffordshire where she originated from and it was here that she decided to begin her own company.
Starting small the in the early years a large amount of Sally's work was delivering freezable meals around the county for people who were unable to cater for themselves. Simultaneously Sally provided desserts to numerous restaurants and public houses whilst delivering homemade goods to farm shops throughout Staffordshire and Cheshire.
Sally's reputation quickly spread and people began making enquiries regarding catering for dinner parties and events. Through word of mouth alone Sally found herself catering at events for up to 250 people as well as establishing strong corporate connections.
Due to Sally's success, she was requested to organise entire events including the location, entertainment, table settings and staffing requirements.
The success of the company can be attributed to several reasons.

Sally is a skilled chef with both original, unique recipe ideas and traditional techniques. All food is homemade using the best ingredients according to your budget.
